JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 399/402/414/413 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. One country-made pistol along with live cartridges were recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2016. In para-3 of the bail application the petitioner has disclosed his criminal antecedent, which would reveal that in three cases the petitioner is named accused.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52782 of 2016 (8) dt.11-04-2017 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Amrendra Prasad, learned Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra/Successor Court, in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No.02 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
