Since appointment as Aaganbari Sevika is not a substantive appointment under the State but a contractual one, the Court after having gone thorough the reasons provided by the Deputy Director, Welfare, Munger Division comes to a considered opinion that the petitioner has not come clean and has been manipulating the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13273 of 2015 dt.27-01-2016 2/2 system to take advantage by using different kinds of certificates of date of birth to get one kind of employment or the other. Such conduct of this petitioner does not enthuse this Court to interfere with Annexure- 1 in the given findings.

Writ is dismissed.
