2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 18.03.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 83132 of 2024 whereby petitioner was granted bail on the basis of submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to inadvertence, the fact that the knife, the weapon of assault was recovered on the disclosure of this petitioner, could not placed while the matter was being heard on 18.03.2025.

4. From perusal of the para-45 of the diary, it transpires that on the disclosure of this petitioner, the weapon of assault that is knife was recovered and the seizure list of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19739 of 2025(2) dt.24-03-2025 2/2 same was prepared. Since recovery of the weapon of assault has been made on the disclosure of this petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him regular bail at this stage.

5. Hence, his application of bail stands rejected.

6. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months if the trial is not concluded.

7. In view of the submissions above, this modification is allowed. The order dated 18.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 83132 of 2024 is modified to the extent above.

8. Let both the orders passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 83132 of 2024 in connection with Vijayepur P.S. Case No. 146 of 2024 vide order dated 18.03.2025 and Cr. Misc. No. 19739 of 2025 be communicated to the trial Court/Concerned Court for needful and necessary action.
