2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 17.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. (Bail Cancellation) No. 115 of 2023 whereby learned Additional Sessions Judge XVII, Patna has rejected the prayer for cancellation of anticipatory bail of O.P. Nos. 2 to 4, vide

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25373 of 2024(2) dt.18-11-2025 2/2 order dated 11.05.2023 passed in A.B.P. No. 1374 of 2023 in connection with Complaint Case No. 7042 of 2021 and cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. Nos. 2 to 4 vide order dated 11.05.2023 passed in A.B.P. No. 1374 of 2023 and to conclude the trial in connection with Complaint Case No. 7042 of 2021 pending before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Class, Patna Sadar.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this case is disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and take steps for early disposal of the case.
