Case No.32 of 2013 alleging offences punishable under Sections- 341, 323, 307 and 504 of I.P.C.

Apprehending arrest, the petitioner filed A.B.P. No.268 of 2013 in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Aurangabad, which was dismissed through order dated 22.4.2013. Hence, this application for grant of anticipatory bail under Section-438 of Cr.P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

On 26.7.2013, this Court had called for injury report from the prosecution and had directed that in the meanwhile no coercive steps shall be taken in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19624 of 2013 (5) dt.01-04-2015 2/2 connection with the case. Nearly two years have elapsed. The stage of the investigation or the case is not immediately known. Learned A.P.P. for the State did not state that the petitioner did anything objectionable in the meanwhile.

Therefore, it is directed that, in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing the bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) along with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No.32 of 2013, subject to the conditions laid down under Section-438(2) of Cr.P.C. However, he shall be under obligation to appear before the police as and when required in the course of investigation or other steps in the case.
