2. The present intra-court appeal has been preferred under Clause 10 of Letters Patent of Patna High Court Rules, against the order dated 15.09.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWJC No. 11638 of 2021, whereby the writ petition

Patna High Court L.P.A No.513 of 2023(5) dt.06-04-2026 2/2 filed by the writ petitioners/appellants was dismissed.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal, reserving liberty to approach the competent authority for redressal of their grievance.

4. Permission is granted.

5. In case the appellants approach the competent authority, the authority concerned shall look into the matter and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.

6. Accordingly, the present appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
