Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On recovery of the dead body of the brother of the informant the First Information Report was registered against unknown. The name of the petitioners sprang up during investigation on the confession of the co-accused. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 48161 of 2012 and 2373 of 2013.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In view of the above facts, let learned Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46808 of 2014 (2) dt.24-04-2015 2/2 below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks and pray for regular bail in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 129 of 2012, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui.

Accordingly the application is disposed off.
