Petitioner seeks bail in Katra P.S. Case No.123 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363, 366-A, 120-B Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady. She has no concern with the affairs of victim girl and Dinesh Sahani. The petitioner has stated on oath in para 11 of the bail petition that victim on her own left her parental home on 24.10.2017 to get married with Dinesh Sahani. It is also mentioned in para 14 that victim girl thereafter went to the parental home of Dinesh Sahani with consent and approval of her parents and continues to stay in the marital home till date.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Judge 15th cum Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Katra P.S. Case No.123 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) J. Alam/- U T
