Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chanpatiya Sirisiya O.P. PS Case No. 190 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 30(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner straightaway draws the attention of the court to order dated 3-6-2020 passed by a learned coordinate bench, whereby the petitioner was granted provisional bail on personal bond, further the petitioner was also directed to remove the defects pointed out by the Office.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that all defects, pointed out by the office, have been removed; and the petitioner, in pursuance of the order dated 3-6-2020, has been released on provisional bail. 5.

Learned APP for the State opposes the bail application.

Considering the submission that petitioner was granted provisional bail by a learned coordinate bench as such the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 36-2020 is hereby confirmed. (Satyavrat Verma, J) SUMIT/- U T
