The petitioner seeks bail in Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 64/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 47 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Fifteen litres of country-made liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner and for that petitioner is in jail since 08.04.2016. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than nine months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial
