The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Powakhali P.S. Case No. 77 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case in between the parties due to land dispute. It is also submitted that there is specific allegation against co-accused. Moreover, the injuries are simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance.
