Petitioners seeks bail in Vibhutipur P.S. Case No.56 of 2020 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the IPC and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The house of the petitioners was raided along with the house of Laxmikant Kumar. From the house of the petitioners, 138.6 litres of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered for that the petitioners are in jail since 10.03.2020. The petitioners have already remained in jail for about three months and they have got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing
