48 pieces of Officers' Choice each containing 180 ml and 26 pieces of Black Delux were seized from the possession of the petitioner during course of its transportation and for that petitioner happens to be under custody since 01.10.2016. Furthermore, from para-3 it is evident that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner Chintu Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Railway Judicial Magistrate, Barauni, Begusarai in connection with Rail Barauni P.S. Case No.99/2016.
