JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 349 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 381 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that one laptop has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 9.8.2018. He has clean antecedent. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that co-accused Abhay Kumar Singh @ Abhay Kumar @ Gaurav Kumar with similar allegation has already been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 63558 of 2018. From perusal of seizure list which is part of the First

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66862 of 2018 (2) dt.06-11-2018 2/2 Information Report it appears that aforesaid laptop was produced before the Police by the informant. The seizure list does bean signature of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XVII, Patna, in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S.
