Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Nasriganj (Rajpur) P.S. Case No. 64 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Informant has alleged that after withdrawing the money from bank while he was returning to his home along with his son he was intercepted by three miscreants on one motorcycle and they snatched the money amounting to Rs. 2,10,000/- and when he resisted one of the miscreants fired upon him on his right leg and fled away with looted money and other documents.

No.68232 of 2018(2) dt.29-11-2018 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of confession made by co-accused Sanjay Kumar Singh who has been granted bail by this Court as contained in Annexure-2. He is in custody since 05.06.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Bikramganj, District Rohtas in connection with Nasriganj (Rajpur) P.S.
