It appears that after cognizance the matter is pending for commitment and most of the accused of this case have already been allowed bail in the case. The petitioner is in custody since 26.02.2016. The first information report is against unknown. Name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused.

Submission of the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 57 of 2016 to the
