Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 379, 411, 413 and 414 of the IPC.

According to prosecution case itself, petitioner runs a motor garage and three motorcycles were recovered from the garage of the petitioner however, petitioner claims that out of abovesaid three motorcycles, two belonged to petitioner whereas, third motorcycle belongs to one Mina Devi, who had sent the said motorcycle to the garage of the petitioner for repairing work.
