Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 106 of 2019 initially registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently added with Section 302 of the I.P.C., and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering that the name of the petitioner transpired during the course of investigation on the basis of the confessional statement made by co-accused Rupesh Kumar, who has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 373 of 2020, the petitioner, who is in custody since 02.12.2019

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19470 of 2020(3) dt.09-07-2020 2/2 having no criminal antecedent, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Gwalpara P.S.
