JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-04-2019 In order dated 29.3.2019 due to inadvertence it was incorporated that accused Renu Devi @ Kanti Devi and Dasai Yadav @ Dasai Rai have been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court. But in fact, only Renu Devi @ Kanti Devi was granted bail whereas bail petition of Dasai Yadav @ Dasai Rai was pending.
