ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 10-03-2016 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 21.05.2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Gopalganj in Sessions Trial No. 321 of 2011, arising out of Vijaipur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2006.

It has been submitted that the trial is still at the same stage. The trial court is directed to summon the Investigating Officer so that his attention could be drawn to the earlier statements of the witnesses who have been examined on behalf of the prosecution to bring on record the contradictions.
