JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that one Soni Devi kidnapped the son of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that most of the allegations against them is of assisting Soni Devi. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioners have fully assisted Soni Devi in kidnapping the son of the informant.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46301 of 2014 (3) dt.03-07-2015 prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. In case the petitioners surrender and pray for regular bail, the same would be disposed of preferably on the same day without prejudice.
