Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 740 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 354(B), 379, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner no. 1 is a lady and considering the same her application for anticipatory bail is allowed. So far as the petitioner no. 2 is concerned, he is said to have assaulted and caused grievous injury. In the opinion of this

Let the petitioner no. 1 above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Majhaulia P.S.
