By order dated 10.4.2015 while issuing notice, the petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No.1712 of 2013 in which cognizance has been taken under sections 498A, 323 and 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 10.4.2015 is confirmed.
