The petitioner seeks bail in Khusrupur Case No. 232/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a), 37(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

44 litres of illicit country made liquor is alleged to have been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 14.09.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
