The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 272, 273, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a)(e) and 61 of the Bihar Excise Act. It has been alleged that from the possession of the petitioner four liters of country made liquor has been recovered.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, Tutu Nat, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, Patna City, Patna in connection with Agam-Kuan P.S. Case No. 287 of 2016.
