Patna High Court CWJC No.8239 of 2019(2) dt.19-04-2019 2/2 District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Muzaffarpur for execution of its order dated 06.01.2018.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, however with a direction that in case, the petitioners approach the appellate authority by filing an appropriate execution petition within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall ensure compliance of its order dated 06.01.2018 within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
