Having regard to the nature of allegation for offence under sections 341, 323, 379, 353, 427, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and the admitted position that the petitioner also is one of the person who has sought to not only interfere with the functioning of a Public Officer but also destroying the official records, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is, accordingly, rejected but then nothing said in this order shall come in the way of the petitioner in surrendering and making a prayer for regular bail.
