Taking into consideration that petitioner was caught with stolen motorcycle, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Marhowrah P.S.Case No. 234 of 2016, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran stands rejected. However, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after four months if his trial is not concluded within the above stated period.
