1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 447, 427, 354(B), 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of two cases.

4. The informant alleges that the accused persons destroyed her mustard crop, on protest it is alleged that Piyush fired at her on orders of petitioner and Pratap Chandra tore her Saree and also assaulted by fist and slap.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is

No.22578 of 2023(3) dt.09-08-2023 2/2 next submitted that no overt act has been alleged against the petitioner, but he has been made an accused on the allegation that it was on his order that Piyush fired but then no injury was caused to the informant. It is further submitted that petitioner and informant are step brother and sister and are having land dispute.

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 191 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
