6.480 litres of Indian origin foreign wine (38 pieces of 180 ML Officer's Choice Whisky) were seized from the stock allegedly belonging to the petitioner and for that petitioner is under custody since 27.07.2016.

As per para-3 of the bail petition, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner, Chandan Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patnacity in connection with C.B. Case No. 54/2016.
