The petitioner seeks bail in Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 90 of 2017, instituted for the offences under Sections 399, 402& 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that informant got information that three persons have assembled near a line hotel beside Tata Motor Agency to commit dacoity. The police party reached there and saw 7-8 persons standing near white colour Vita vehicle, trying to run away. Three persons including this petitioner were arrested. It is alleged that one loaded country made pistol and one 315 live cartridge was recovered from possession of petitioner. Thereafter, he is in custody since 12.05.2017.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge IInd, Jehanabad, in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 90 of 2017, subject to the conditions that:- (i) Bailors should be close relative of the petitioner. Petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the court. (ii) In the event of absence on two consecutive dates without proper and sufficient reason the trial court will be at liberty to cancel his bail bonds.

(iii) In the event petitioner tamper with the evidence or intimidate the witnesses of the case, prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) khushbu/- U T
