JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 58 liters Nepali liquor is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner while the said liquor was being carried by the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 27.06.2016 without having any criminal antecedent. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Sikty P.S.Case No. 110 of 2016.
