The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No.65 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the specific allegation made against the petitioners in the FIR that they abused and assaulted the daughter of the informant repeatedly as a result of which she committed suicide, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.

In case petitioners surrender and seek bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced
