JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 02.05.2016 on the accusation that altogether 9 liters country made liquor and 30 kgs Jawa Mahua and other apparatus which are said to be used in manufacturing the country made liquor are recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Munger in connection with Tarapur P.S.Case No. 46 of 2016.
