Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307, 506,379/34 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner no.1 is order giver, whereas petitioner no.2 snatched cash Rs.11,540/- from the informant, co-accused Braj Kishore Kumar assaulted informant's son with knife.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is no allegation of assault against the petitioners, and snatching of cash is ornamental. Parties are pattidars and have compromised the case. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
