The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Naugachia P.S. Case No. 70 of 2016 (G.R. No. 459 of 2016) registered under Sections 47, 54 and 57 of the Bihar Excise Act. Regard being had to the alleged recovery of only 8 liter country made liquor from the house of the sister of the petitioner, who is in custody since 8.5.2016, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia, in connection with Naugachia P.S. Case No. 70 of 2016 (G.R. No. 459 of 2016).
