The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Husband of this petitioner, allegedly, fired at the son of the informant as a result whereof he died. Allegation against the petitioner is that on being asked by her husband, she brought gun and cartridge from the house and handed over it to Bataidar Ganesh Paswan who loaded the same and handed over to the husband of the petitioner.
