The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Husband of this petitioner, allegedly, fired at the son of the informant as a result whereof he died. Allegation against the petitioner is that on being asked by her husband, she brought gun and cartridge from the house and handed over it to Bataidar Ganesh Paswan who loaded the same and handed over to the husband of the petitioner. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner and the fact that she is a female, let the petitioner, above

No.20015 of 2017 (2) dt.04-05-2017 2/2 named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad/successor Court in connection with Jamhore Police Station Case No. 66 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
