The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 60 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323 and 498-A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been contended that there is no truth behind the allegations made in the F.I.R. As a matter of fact, the petitioner is ready to keep the informant of the case in her matrimonial house with dignity and honour but the informant has herself deserted her matrimonial house.
Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46426 of 2014 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 for bail. He has submitted that there is allegation against the petitioner that he has subjected the informant to cruelty for nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. The informant has also alleged that the petitioner is having illicit relationship with another lady. Be that as it may, regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 60 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Pradeep/- U T
