The application has been filed for seeking a direction to the respondents to do proper investigation in Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 214 of 2014 and arrest the accused persons after submitting chargesheet.
A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents no. 4 to 6 in which it has been stated that one of the accused surrendered before the Court and was arrested whereas the complicity for the other named accused was not found correct by the police and so he has not been sent up for
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1086 of 2014 (5) dt.13-07-2015 2/2 trial whereas a third person has been arrested and he has confessed his guilt.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ having become infructuous, stands disposed off.
