2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 417, 418 , 648 , 471 , 120 ( B ) of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . It is alleged that petitioner being agent of Insurance Company in collusion with other co-accused persons attempted to get insurance amount of husband of informant on the basis of forged and fabricated certificate who was alive .

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence . He further submits that not a single penny was withdrawn from the account of informant. As a matter of fact, the Insurance Company has already filed an F.I.R., against informant, her husband and

No.24871 of 2025(2) dt.05-05-2025 2/2 others in Bihar Sharif P S Case No. 4612 of 2015 and thereafter in retaliation , this false and concocted case has been lodged against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already granted bail by this Court vide order dated 03.10.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 46117 of 2024 .

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that similarly situated coaccused persons has already been granted bail, clean antecedent and circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Bihar Sharif (Nalanda) in connection with Harnaut ( Telmar OP) P.S. case No. 672 of 2022 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
