The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/6 of the POCSO Act, 2012. The mother of the victim is informant of this case. She alleges that petitioner physically exploited to the daughter of the informant as a result whereof she became pregnant. The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that no one has committed sexual assault with her nor she is pregnant. With further condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
