No. 11993 of 2016 for extending the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also pointed out that out of inadvertence the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram at Rohtas has been mentioned in the application seeking anticipatory bail whereas the said Darihat P. S. Case No. 08 of 2015 is pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Dehri-On-Sone.

In the above facts and circumstances, this application is allowed. The time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the

If he does so, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) subject to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Dehri-On-Sone.
