The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

It is a case of recovery of foreign made wine from the garden of Anup Singh.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that no incriminating wine was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners and petitioners have

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No.2, Muzaffarpur in connection with Karja P.S.
