The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case no.74 of 2016, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 353, 332, 427, 504 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Around 200 persons blocked the road over

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24793 of 2019(2) dt.17-04-2019 2/3 prohibition of vending liquor and toddy by their vendors and raised slogans against the administration and disrupted the vehicular traffic. They also misbehaved with the passer-by. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. They have no concern with the said occurrence. They are quite innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioners are not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. No one was injured during the aforesaid occurrence. Similarly situated co-accused persons, namely, Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Bharti @ Sanjeev Bharti, Saroj Kumar @ Saroj Chaudhary and Ashok Choudhary @ Ashok Kumar Choudhary have been granted anticipatory bail by different co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.23245 of 2019 vide order dated 11.04.2019, Cr. Misc. No.7638 of 2019 vide order dated 08.02.2019 and Cr. Misc. No.6909 of 2019 vide order dated 06.02.2019 respectively.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two
