JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-11-2022 The limited prayer of the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the District Magistrate, Saran at Chhapra to dispose off the application dated 10.07.2019, filed by the petitioner for the purposes of transfer of the arms license, existing in the name of the deceased father of the petitioner, as per the guidelines contained in the letter of the Home (Police) Department, Government of Bihar, Patna dated 13.10.2014. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with a direction to the District Magistrate, Saran at Chhapra to consider the aforesaid application of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.9339 of 2021(7) dt.14-11-2022 2/2 and dispose off the same, if not already disposed off, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
