JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 63 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 337, 379, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been contended that the two injured, namely, Hira Lal Yadav and Birendra Yadav have sustained simple and superficial injuries. There is a case and counter case and some members from the side of the accused of the instant case have also sustained injuries at the hands of the members of the prosecution party.

No.46486 of 2014 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, all the three petitioners, namely, Awadhesh Yadav, Ashok Yadav and Kishun Yadav are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 63 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
