JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners are languishing in custody since 16.10.2016 in connection with Mojahidpur P.S. Case No. 177 of for the offences punishable under Sections 371/372/346/347/366/376(j)(k)(n) of the Indian Penal Code. According to the F.I.R. the informant was induced by other named accused persons, who persuaded her to indulge in flesh trade. The informant was carried to different places for this purpose and one of the places was the house of the petitioners where other customers were involved in physical relation with the informant.

Submission is that just to pressurize the false case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53212 of 2016 (2) dt.08-12-2016 2/2 has been lodged. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur/Successor Court, in connection with Mojahidpur P.S. Case No. 177 of 2016.
