The present application has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for quashing of the order taking cognizance dated 23.01.2017 in connection with Complaint Case No.483C of 2016, whereby cognizance has been taken by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura under Sections 386, 341, 323, 427,384/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It has been informed by the learned District Court vide letter dated 20.08.2025 that the trial has already progressed and is at the stage of evidence in connection with Complaint Case No.483C of 2016.

4. In view of the changed stage of trial, the present quashing application stands consigned with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy.
