Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 220 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 307, 353, 414 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b), 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Informant has alleged that on secret information they started an operation and on the place of occurrence they found six persons assembled and on being challenged they started firing on the police and police also retaliate firing and when they reached there 5 persons escaped from the spot and one person namely Amar Kumar was arrested and he disclosed the name of petitioner as one of the culprits who had fled away.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67363 of 2018(2) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.07.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 220 of 2018.
