Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 114 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 382 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant has alleged that in the night of 19.02.2017 while he was coming on a Rickshaw three miscreants on white Scorpio over took the rickshaw and he was forcibly dragged and put on Scorpio and two bags of money was snatched from him and thereafter they also committed other crimes and took him near the A.T.M. machine and after knowing the PIN number they withdrew Rs. 10,000/- from his account and thereafter droped them near Mashjid Chowk Gali, near his

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of confession made by one Bipin Kumar and except said confession of Bipin Kumar there is no incriminating material against petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from his possession. He is in custody since 28.12.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur P.S. Case No. 114 of 2017.
